Not only did the seams in my carpet appear less than 3 years after they installed it (in 3 separate areas...large seams). Seams also started to show in the "luxury vinyl floor" that THEY recommended. It starting curling where it met the carpet and a large seam showed up in that as well this was a heavy-duty vinyl floor that was put in very poorly. I am sure these guys are awesome. My neighbor used them and that is one of the reasons, besides wanting to support a small business I decided to use them. BUT I went in the store to make my appointment. I called the day before to confirm. TIFFANY answered and said: "EITHER THEY WILL BE THERE TOMORROW OR THE NEXT DAY OR THE NEXT WEEKEND.
