Not only did the seams in my carpet appear less than 3 years after they installed it (in 3 separate areas...large seams). Seams also started to show in the "luxury vinyl floor" that THEY recommended. It starting curling where it met the carpet and a large seam showed up in that as well this was a heavy-duty vinyl floor that was put in very poorly. I am sure these guys are awesome. My neighbor used them and that is one of the reasons, besides wanting to support a small business I decided to use them. BUT I went in the store to make my appointment. I called the day before to confirm. TIFFANY answered and said: "EITHER THEY WILL BE THERE TOMORROW OR THE NEXT DAY OR THE NEXT WEEKEND. The new vinyl flooring looks great. Once the install date was scheduled they showed up on time and it took two days just like they said. I had a little casualty in the furniture move and they didn’t have the right tool to fix it. They showed up the next day and got it fixed. Owners are nice and so is the crew!
I am very pleased with the service I received starting with those who answer the phone to those who install . Everyone was pleasant and courteous. I Will definitely use again and highly recommend this company that is locally owned and operated.

These guys do great work! They came out on the 4th of July to get my whole house done for me in under 2.5 hours so I can move in! They are quick, friendly and use the best material. Highly recommend Smith and Smith!!
The before and after photos speak for themselves. If you want quality floors by a professional crew, these are your guys. I cannot express how much I loveeeee my new floors and carpeting, which completely transformed my home in 2 days. Overall, they exceeded my expectations and I cannot wait to have them do more work in the near future.
