I have to give one star to write the rating. I would have given a minus 10. Called and spoke with Craig. He came out on Friday October 3, 2025 to pump my septic tank. When I spoke to him on the phone, I explain to him where my tank was located at. He told the ground was to hard and he could not find it with the steel rod he uses. Ask I I could call a plumber to run a camera to located the septic tank. My wife call them and they located it at the cost of $400.00. Call Mr.Smith back and a voice message. Great service, came out when he said he would, my tank had been neglected and in bad shape. Let me know what I could do to help it out. Will letting all my friends know and will be using him again.

This was the second time I have used Smith septic and both times I have been completely satisfied. They show up when they say they will and do a really good job when they get there. Mike is very professional, knowledgeable and hard working. I will be using them again in the future.
