I would not use Duane Smith for trusts or estate planning. Dad had trouble with getting him to write up the trust according to his wishes. He also pressured Dad and Mom to sign a trust that had not been written as they wanted it written. He refused to go over the trust with them citing a lack of time. This took place weeks after both had strokes and were still recovering. 6 months later it was discovered what he had actually written. They were livid and had the trust restated by another attorney in another office.
