Sarconi is a sellout attorney! I used Sarconi on a petty case where my partners sued me for having ATM in a store I owed in Battle Creek. First of all, NOTHING was in Macomb for the case to be in Macomb. I told Sarconi to change venue his response was I have a good relationship with the judge Viviano and she is fair. Both were untrue! I counter sued on forgery/deed fraud, bank fraud, and embezzlement. Never did Sarconi advocate for me effectively.
