I was shopping in smiths this past summer when I witnessed the owners son throw a chair. Luckily no one was injured but I certainly do not plan on shopping there again and have told many people not to also. A place of business is not a place to have an anger fit. I heard they are closing soon.
Both Nate and Bill are helpful and knowledgable professionals I will always go to Smith s for all of my Spa/pool needs.
Excellent customer service!!! After being jerked around by Fiesta pools about opening my in-ground pool, Smith Pools showed up on Monday (I called the previous Friday) --and got the job done on time... very professional!!!

Smiths sold a spa to my mother and she was very excited when she purchased it. I believe she spent around 12,000 on this plus she paid a carpenter and an electrician so it wasnt an economy model. We havent been able to get a proper manual for this and a manual would have been really helpful since this spa usually doesnt work. It seems to keep a temp around70 degrees and since I dont live in the area I cant fix this for her. Smiths will come out and look at it for 150 dollars an hour but since this is less than six months old... read more
