Very helpful! Quick and willing to help us out when we ran into problems while traveling! Local, honest, and took the time to help instantly versus saying "we can get you in next week!" Definitely recommend!
James in the service dept helped me out big time with an install that was done elsewhere. He didn't have to do anything but he found the right part to get me set up for my travels, and even helped me install it. Big kudos, thanks dude!
Had a water main leak of course right before vacation. Old pex pipe was brittle, I bought the parts to fix it from Smith’s RV, but had them do it. Casey was awesome, found a tech, and nine minutes later they had it fixed! Way to go, great customer service!
