This is a fabulous place to purchase an RV. I would never purchase an RV from any other dealer. My best RV purchasing experience ever, and I’ve purchased many over the years. Needed service on our travel trailer which we bought new at Smith RV. Contacted Hannah and Joe, service managers, 3 times between Aug. 20 and Sept. 18 to confirm repairs to be made and emphasize that we are driving 250 miles out of our way to Smith only if they can ENSURE us that repairs will be done the morning of Sept. 24 to allow us to drive the camper home ASAP.
