These are some of the nastiest, rude, dumb folks I’ve ever dealt with. This lady calls my job about a declined card, come to find out she keyed in the card number wrong. 😑 Then had the audacity to sass mouth me. Then tried to act as if how she talked to me was acceptable. Not at all! I give them 0 stars because they can’t even count or read. I’m sure that’s one requirement for the job especially if you’re calling to collect money and information from someone who owes you. 😏
Very rude will not work with you on a payment arrangement! I’m the sole bread winner and they want no less than a 100!! I have a cochlear implant and can barely hear they made a rude comment cause I could not hear! Don’t feel like this is a true company, they are threatening garnishment!!
The easiest and kindest place I've had to pay a debt I owed from a trucking company tuition to. Always nice to me over the phone and never called me demanding payment
