All the staff and nurses are very professional and nice. Dr. Smith listened to all my concerns when I visited with him. I was surprised and happy to hear that they conduct annual wellness checks for all their patients—something my husband and I did not receive at our previous Dr.
I’m new to the area and just happen to randomly find Dr Smith and I’m glad I did. Not only was he very thorough and helpful, he’s pretty funny too. He made me feel very comfortable and he actually listened to me and my health needs. He didn’t rush either. Not to mention his office isn’t completely full with patients either and I like that. The more people waiting the longer I would have to wait. His staff and nurses were very nice as well. I’m glad I found Dr Smith and will definitely stay his patient. Julie
I have been a patient of Dr. Smith for at least fifteen years or more. It's been so long that I cannot remember exactly when, but I know it's been a very long time. But what I can remember is that on that very first office visit he was noticeably friendly with me, thoughtful and caring. There has never been any doubt that he cared about my health issues. Dr.Brandi Mays got me right in and instantly I felt so comfortable with her. She listened to me and helped me feel validated. She did bloodwork right after appointment without me having to come back. Most importantly her view on mental health aligned with all the ones I believe in. The importantance of sunshine for our bodies and taking moments for ourselves. Would give a zero if possible; my grandpa went in and got diagnosed with Parkinson's; Dr. Smith did not give any medication or recommendations.
