Excellent...we called them on a Friday but at the time they didn't have a tech available so I moved on to another company. Sarah called me back about an hour later and asked if we still needed someone. Boy do I wish I had accepted. Another company came in charged us $125 to take two pictures and they touched nothing, no diagnosis, no questions, no quick look. He left telling us the office would be in touch for an appointment.
