Technician was friendly and professional.
They were a pleasure to work with which is sadly rare these days. They thought outside of the box to make the ceiling cassette work in an area that other installers said was impossible. We also have an old tiled ceiling which is delicate and they were able to preserve it. They were clean, respectful, polite and super professional. I strongly recommend them.
