My 14 year old female cocker spaniel adores these people and so do I. My Taffy, also a rescue, is riddled with issues for which Smith Ridge always has solutions. If you have a dog, especially a senior, go see these vets and techs and expect to have a happy doggie for a long time.

So grateful for the care that Dr. Ruskin, Patrick and staff gave our precious Minnie. We are confident that the holistic approach they took giving her IV Vitamin C therapy and the daily recommended supplements we will give her will rescue her immune system and ultimately result in many more years of her bossing us around like the diva that she is!!
Coming to see the vet is extra fun when you have staff who come out to play in the waiting room! My kids love going to the vet because all staff meet the animals where the animal is and let the animals build trust as they are able to. There is a real understanding of anaimal behavior. The animals are treated with respect. It is heartwarming to be in the IVC room and hear staff conversations with animals. Their holistic approach to animals is important. They draw blood and SEE before they ever inoculate your pet. Our Standard Poodles have been going there 6 years now. Great place!
