Had a wonderful experience with Dr Smith for many years. He did a great job with my bilateral hip replacements! Recently had a visit for knee pain and found a totally different person...unkind, no compassion, nasty! Granted things change over time and I am not the same as I was 30 years ago... I have my lumps and bumps but I was very upset by his behavior.
