5/5 Stars!! As a lender, this was my first time working with Blake on a transaction, and full disclosure - it was great! Lenders are commonly chasing after real estate documents, especially on new builds, but I never had to ask for anything. Blake took the initiative and kept the file moving smoothly, which greatly helped the financing! He was always accessible, and kept his client, who was a first time home buyer, comfortable and informed. He’s backed by a good team, and it shows! 100% recommend!

I cannot say enough about Stephanie and her team. They are attentive, thorough, flexible, and dedicated. Despite their hectic schedule, they always make you feel like you are their only client. Stephanie went above and beyond what we could have ever expected out of a realtor. She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about every property she brought us to, and there were many!
