My husband and I have been seeing Dr R. Smith for a couple of years. We are very satisfied with the level of care we’ve received. She is very knowledgeable , patient, and a good listener. She takes her time during our appointments and shows she truly cares. Our condition has improved and we recommend her services. Her Dover staff is friendly, accommodating and have excellent follow through.
For the past several years Dr. Smith has treated my elderly aunt for a debilitating back condition. Dr. Smith always spends extra time with my aunt during her appointments and is very attentive to her needs.
Some time ago, I was looking for a pain doctor and inquired at Rachel Smith's office. Because of my debilitating condition and and a medication that I took for years and had no idea a rare side effect was weight gain, I am over weight. The receptionist that I spoke with was despicably rude and told me that Rachel would not see me because I was too fat -- and used those exact words. I wouldn't see Rachel Smith now if my life depended on it.
