My Erie Insurance agent retired and I was looking for a be agent. GSP said my policy could not be transferred to a new agent and required a new policy. Good thing I looked around because the next Erie agent I spoke said a transfer is possible. I was able to transfer my policy to a different agent just in time for my policy renewal, and no rewritten policy!

Loved it! As that in home feeling, and close to home. Kim worked hard too make sure I had everything that I wanted in my coverage. The whole was very friendly. Would suggest checking them out!

I worked with Kim and Gilles Smith Purdum when we had a change in the level of insurance we needed. It required more expertise than what we currently had, and we were struggling to find sufficient coverage on our own. We hadn't worked with an agency before, and Kim was very helpful in explaining the process. She quickly found multiple policies that met our needs.
