Their testing software malfunctioned during my test. Very unprofessional and overall a waste of time if you have any hope of getting through to the next phase of hiring process. Encourage the state of Wyoming or anyone else that works with them to use someone else in the future.
The SPS team is awesome —compassionate, professional, and easy to work with! They’re always responsive, making collaboration a breeze. I highly recommend them to anyone in Wyoming and would give them 10 stars if possible!
This place is extremely unprofessional and will give you a fail for a stupid reason. This lady has ruined potential jobs for multiple people that I know trying to get into law enforcement. She will take what you say and twist it and slander your name to potential employers. I am digusted that someone would run their business this way and go out of their way to ruin people's jobs.
