I have been working with Dr Smith on a professional level for nearly 2 years. Dr Smith and her team do amazing work. The heart and passion for the first responder community is felt and shown through their dedication to healing.

Probably good for police department evaluations which I believe they specialize in. We saw Dr. Smith for an evaluation for a child. She miscalculated the scores and when we asked for an explanation she went on a tangent about how she too had to advocate for her kids. The report ended up not being useful for the school supports/IEP which was the only reason we needed it. Due to inconsistencies throughout the report. My son had a psych test done here. I was told all of those who care for him including doctors, therapist and school staff would be interviewed. This did not happen. She only talked to dfs (I was not involved in any reports and he never fully looked into any of the three reports that were made) but somehow they made it seem that item involved in the reports. I was only involved because the reports were made for my son. Alicia even said that I denied most substance abuse and that “I’m not a drinker.” I have never used any drug... read more
