I take my semi here versus freightliner, because Jeff is great at listening to my needs and getting me in and out in a timely manner, work is always above and beyond. I took my rv there 5 times and it's still broke down. I get it home and it never starts again. They do not care. I say zero stars but there wasn't that option
We lost power in our 1995 Beaver motorhome on our way from Oregon to Arizona. We limped it in to Smith Power to see if they could help us out. They got a technician on it as soon as they could without an appointment. They found and repaired our throttle linkage issue. They went above and above to work on it. Top notch company and we fully appreciate their customer service and attention to detail!! They got us back on the road. We are very satisfied customers!!
