Worked on my 2023 western star with a DD15 engine Great place to do business! I limped in with a broken radiator and was gone in just a few hours The workmanship and speed was perfect. Lee was great to handle problems and very fast at getting parts. Also driver room was pet friendly and there is a pet friendly hotel 28 next door with a shuttle and the TA truckstop is close as well I would definitely recommend this shop
Arriving in Boise, ID, had a loud knocking coming from my RV diesel engine. Smith Products found it to be an exhaust leak. While taking things apart they found that the manifold had a leak also. The bad news was the cost for a new manifold, the good news was there wouldn’t be extra labor cost since they had to put the manifold back anyway.
