Yesterday I had a very bad experience with an employee of this company. The route driver was tailgating me, trying to make me drive faster to suit his needs. When he had the chance, he switched lanes and slot car passed me and if I wouldn’t have hit my brakes, he would have hit the front of my truck. He got to the light 3 seconds before me and I got out to take a picture of his company truck and license, to which he starts yelling extremely nasty obscenities and foul language. Very disappointing. I contacted the company for a quote. The pool attendant arrived and assessed the pool for maybe 2 minutes. He said the “office” would contact me with the quote. I never heard back from them.
Employees for Smith Pools have proven to carry themselves in a disrespectful and unprofessional manor.
Rude drivers. Like to tailgate to get one car ahead of will not call for service.
