I'm SO IMPRESSED!!! I’ve been using Smith Pools for a few months now and can't say enough good things. They send photos and detailed notes after every weekly visit, so I always know exactly what was done and how my pool looks. Tech Daniel is terrific—professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!
Yesterday I had a very bad experience with an employee of this company. The route driver was tailgating me, trying to make me drive faster to suit his needs. When he had the chance, he switched lanes and slot car passed me and if I wouldn’t have hit my brakes, he would have hit the front of my truck. He got to the light 3 seconds before me and I got out to take a picture of his company truck and license, to which he starts yelling extremely nasty obscenities and foul language. Very disappointing. I contacted the company for a quote. The pool attendant arrived and assessed the pool for maybe 2 minutes. He said the “office” would contact me with the quote. I never heard back from them.
