We had to switch to another pool company, because Smith Pool overlooked growing algae in my pool. After testing the water it appeared that the concentration of conditioner in my water was 100ppm instead of 30ppm or below, when the level of conditioner in the pool that high the chlorine and algaecide stopes working, so we had to empty our pool completely, treat the sports of growing algae and refill the pool plus our existing filters were in very poor condition which had never been brought to our attention by Smith Pool that ... read more
