After observing the work with Smith Pool and Spa Service for several years, I have to say that they are an excellent company. The company has excellent customer service, especially from Chris the owner. He has always communicated very well with me. When I've needed repairs Chris has come out personally and make the repairs needed right away with reasonable prices. Since I've had their services, everything has been good with our pool...no pool problems are AWESOME! This is a great company and I highly recommend them.
DON’T USE THIS GUY When I first met with Chris I believed my problems would be over. He seemed like a nice guy beautiful looking company car so I hired him don’t be fooled. After several weeks I was informed that he wasn’t doing the weekly service. I called him and he had only stopped by once and never contacted or FOLLOWED up with me after. I have been using Smith Pool and Spa Service for years, and I am noticing that my pool has never looked better. I am happy to be able to count on them to take care of everything, and leave me with nothing to do but enjoy my pool... Thanks again Chris, you guys are great!
