We were customers of another company for years, but this past weekend our water heater broke and our living room was half underwater. No one would return our calls, but John from Smith Plumbing not only called me back immediately, but also came out to help us get the water up and dry our living room himself. We had the main water line to disintegrate on a Saturday and there was 2 ft of water under my house. We called and a team responded within a couple of hours. It was the next day before they could get to it but the water was off and I had plenty of backup water for 24 hrs. They were very personable, worked non stop until my repair was done. I knew what was happening and what would be, and how much it would cost before they ever started. It was expensive but not out of line with the price of everything else.
