I have been interacting with Smith planning group for about 15 years now in two different capacities. In one capacity, I am a utility engineer for a local water and sewer provider. I don't love to call myself a bureaucrat but I'm one of the plans-reviewers that SPG must submit their plans to in order to get permit approvals.
