I called Smith Physical Therapy, gave them my insurance information and asked them what my cost would be. They checked my insurance and told me they were out-of-network. They said each session with Smith would cost me only $10 more ($50) as opposed to in-network which would cost me $40. I started with Smith Therapy to get help for my jaw and inner ear pain. I worked with therapist Dana Tress and she was awesome! Her knowledge of how all things affect what I was experiencing was such a help to me. Working remote has caused a lot of my pain and discomfort just by posture, tension, etc. Dana provided me with exercises that really helped!
