Staff is rude and incompetent! If a prescription needs prior approval or costs are not covered by insurance they will not inform the doctor or patient. You will go back and forth between calls with the pharmacy whom ironically never gets their faxes either. Let’s not forget that if you are signed up for delivery service you need to call them and request your delivery each time or the prescription will sit there. Smith's is the only pharmacy I will use in town. Been that way for 20 years. The pharmacists are always so polite and actually remember myself and my medicine. They also provide cheaper prescriptions than chain pharmacies in town like Kroger.
I use Smith's for all my medical needs/supplies. I recommend them for convenience and quick service! And their employees are so kind.
