i called to ask a few questions about renting tables/chairs for my baby shower. Kathleen answered the phone and was very impatient and sounded irritated when i asked for clarification about table sizes. very rude. would not recommend.
I worked with Kathleen at the Greenwich location and she was so helpful. I rented linens, cutlery, glassware, chargers, napkins, and fine china for my wedding. Everything was delivered & set-up beautifully on the day of. Leading up, Kathleen answered all of my questions and always provided me with reassurance. I could not be happier with the quality of the rentals and the final tablescape. Thank you Smith Party Rentals! 10/10 Recommend.
