We had a flawless experience renting a boat for our stay at SML. The staff was extremely attentive, helpful, and on top of things. They were also the best priced. There are lots of boat rental businesses in the area but we highly recommend this one!!
Beyond impressed with this amazing team. My family and most of all my grandchildren were visiting from out of state and so excited to spend the day on the lake. Sadly, our boat didn't start...it was due to a manufacture issue, not their fault. They made sure our day was incredible and I will always be grateful for their generosity. I can't say enough positive things about this family-owned business at Smith Mountain Lake. We rented a 150hp tritoon in July with some very special requests. My father uses a walker and finds walking/navigating steps and ramps very difficult. To start, Abigail sent a narrated video to me ahead of time to show the path he would have to take to board the boat - this was SO helpful and put my mom's mind at ease.
