Reposting since it appears my review was taken down by the company. Long story short, please take your money to any dealer other than Fred Beans. They are messy, confused, and lacking communication. Updated as of 12/2024: I purchased my Bronco Sport in 10/2023. The process was great. I even purchased the Complete Care Package (an extra $2,000) that is advertised to cover extra things like windshield cracks, small dents, damage to fabric, and more. TLDR: A general feeling of incompetence and sometimes the staff sound overly defensive and short on the phone (almost like it's a nuance that needs to be placated but more likely because they're stressed themselves). Full Story: Drive in an escape that was about 13 year old with known (long standing) electrical issues for an oil change/diagnostics and repair.
