Reposting since it appears my review was taken down by the company. Long story short, please take your money to any dealer other than Fred Beans. They are messy, confused, and lacking communication. Updated as of 12/2024: I purchased my Bronco Sport in 10/2023. The process was great. I even purchased the Complete Care Package (an extra $2,000) that is advertised to cover extra things like windshield cracks, small dents, damage to fabric, and more.
