I paid them 14,000 dollars cash for my son's service. They are most inefficient funeral home I have been in. They did not know how to write an obituary. They told us lies. They said we could see our son after they dressed him . They would not. They told us we had to pay for obit to be in newspaper. So we did not pay. But every body read it in paper and offer condolences. So we did not get a paper thinking , it would not be in it. To receive so much money. You think they be kind. No they where rude. I could go on .
Care team were so kind at my mom's funeral. The services were lovely and the building is beautiful.
I attended a dear friends celebration of life here and also coordinated the pictures and music for his family. Due to being the lead on these things I arrived about 30 minutes early to connect everything needed for the service. When I arrived no one had even begun setting up they had forgotten about it completely.
