My family recently entrusted this funeral home with my grandmother’s graveside burial service, and the experience was deeply disappointing and honestly heartbreaking. Despite the burial being scheduled weeks in advance, the grave had not even been dug when we arrived. The urn itself was not properly sealed, and the lid sat visibly slanted during the service. Smith Funeral Home was so kind and helpful during a difficult time. We are from out of town so we had a lot to work out on the phone. Logan made it simple and handled everything he could himself. When we got to Maryville, we enjoyed the sweet service they provided for my dad.
Very informative and Prompt. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Will use the services again in the future.
