They have done a Credit check on my account with out my consent. I did not give them my Social , but they used my old address to do it. Kind of scary. Beware of this company. I did say I do not want a credit check they still did it. think before you call them. If company's ethics are so low, so could be their work ethics.
Very pleased so far. Excellent customer service. Tech arrived on time, was very professional and helpful. There was a small confusion on what I had ordered and it was resolved before the tech left my house.
Mark was wonderful and took care of me. His service was excellent and was very patient.
Great experience from the sales person (Sam) to the install person (Arthur). All questions were answered along the way. The install guy (Arthur) showed up on time and went above and beyond the call of duty while he was here. Great experience.
Recently, during one of the major storms that struck Plano, lightening right above our home disabled the security system . The company was notified and the next day a representative came and restored the service. However, since additional work was required (new remotes and some rewiring), the company sent a technician to our home subsequently.
