Absolutely wonderful! I will never be able to say enough good things about Bruce and the staff here. Bruce walked us through every step; before, during, and after. He even spent extra time with us afterwards and followed up with us weeks later to see how we were doing and to make sure we were okay. There is nothing more devastating than losing a child and still Bruce was able to put us at ease and gave us so much reassurance when we needed it most.
