I would say be careful to review all expenses in writing before doing business. I was told one amount and then after they charged my credit card it was more. There were fees that they were not disclosed to me prior to paying. In addition, when I asked about the cost originally their answer was there is an insurance policy in your name so you have the money. I found that to be a bit offensive.

I never had to deal with a pet loss until recently, and honestly didn’t know how to navigate. Having never had to deal with a funeral home before, was a new experience for me. The staff made the experience much easier to deal with. They were kind and did not make me feel like pet cremation was silly. It helped gain closure that I did not think I would get. I’ve never had to utilize funeral services before, but I highly recommend Smith Miner, and would choose them again, should the need arise. They were very kind.
