this is hands down the worst real estate attorney I have ever encountered, and I have been working with real estate attorneys for three decades. One of my clients closed on a loan, and it took her three entire years just to file the warranty deed. Thankfully I nor Bertha Cranford is directly a part of this deal that is happening. The sellers of this home is supposed to close tomorrow. However, due to a lien that was put on the home and Michelle was supposed to take care of it and didnt, it will not close until the lien is cleared. She stated that this seller (Bertha's client) never bought title insurance. This is 1000% a lie. Been trying to reach out for 2 months. No Answer or communication.
Michelle handled a complex closing for us that involved a tax lien redemption and subsequent sale. The closing was previously scheduled with an attorney at a large Macon law firm and after the attorney was unable to obtain the payoff needed, we switch the closing to Michelle and she quickly obtained the payoff.
