Thankfully I nor Bertha Cranford is directly a part of this deal that is happening. The sellers of this home is supposed to close tomorrow. However, due to a lien that was put on the home and Michelle was supposed to take care of it and didnt, it will not close until the lien is cleared. She stated that this seller (Bertha's client) never bought title insurance. This is 1000% a lie. Michelle handled a complex closing for us that involved a tax lien redemption and subsequent sale.
