They don't send your referral even when you call them 50 times and leave a message. I went to the office and finally they said they never put the referral in. Now I need my wrist rebroken! Thanks Doc.
Very busy but you did not feel that way. They call you back and everything went like clock work. Dr. Means, is a very down to earth doctor. He comes in and gets right to the point. Let's his staff handle the rest if there is anything else that needs to be done. Always come out of there feeling better.
Was a little disappointed that patients weren't notified that he was leaving. To find out on your check up that you need to have your knee replacement x rated yearly, but by someone else. I'm leaving for Washington.
