Every staff member I met today was so caring, kind and patient! From the moment I walked in the ladies at the check in were so helpful! I enjoyed the willingness to take their time to make sure everything was correct and each employee provided all details and explanations with all information and changes from results of tests or questions I had. Highly recommend Mattax Neu Prater Eye Center and Dr. Matt Smith in particular. I had great service last fall with my cataract surgery and returned today after having a disinfectant cleaner splashed in my eyes. From entrance to exit, each person in the Center was professional and kind. It was a Friday afternoon and yet no one was rushed. They were professional, thorough, and kind. Great service
The waiting time in the reception was minimal and they was after an unplanned appointment when I had new eye concerns they were able to get me in quickly and even complete the eye exam/check-up scheduled for the next month.
