Overall great experience but Eddie is the guy to see for parts help he went above and beyond to help me and was already working on something else when I walked in but put that on hold.
Would never recommend to anyone. Worst boat shop around. Go somewhere else.
I’ve never written a review before, but because this place is so bad, I felt compelled to. They kept our boat for over 1.5 years. They refused to give me a deadline by which they would fix my boat for over a year. They ignored my phone calls and regularly stated the repairmen was “out” of the office so they couldn’t give any updates. Boat was returned with sun and weather damage. 0
I’m not being rude, I’m being honest. The worst business experience I have had. Dropped the boat off in May 2022 and just picked it up…. in May 2025. I was forced to call weekly just to get them to start working on the boat. It’s an older boat (2003) but the white gelcoat was still shiny and the blue needed some tlc. Our boat now looks like a powdered donut from scorching in the sun uncovered for 2 years.
