I wish there was a way to leave negative stars. Dropped the boat off in April. Smith Marine "cleaned" the carbs 4 MONTHS LATER and somehow left the boat in much worse condition than when they received it. I am now left trying to repair the excessive additional damage. Do not take your boat here unless you are prepared to buy a new one!
Brought boat over to have starter looked they wanted to charge $2600.00. Said it needed a fuel pump along with two gas filters. Used it the weekend before all weekend with no trouble before I took it to them Anyways they charged me $267.50 for what they said was checking it out. Update for 2026: they don’t keep anything in stock. Not even gear oil. If I wanted to wait I can order online and skip the middle man… Counter staff is sort of dismissive and can treat you like you don’t know what you’re talking about. I guess they get idiots frequently but not a good way to treat people. Smith Marine, you’re in the most primo spot around the Rez. Clean out your junk / scrap, stock some parts, and be nice to people. Sad to see the decline but if you need parts you can find more at Academy Sports.
