Our first attorney ripped us off. We took our trust papers to Malcolm Smith because we wanted to make some changes. Good job we did because my first attorney, who no longer practises, put himself in as our power of attorney. Malcolm changed this to family members. He also spotted other errors to his advantage. When we moved house and needed to up-date again, he did all the paperwork for us. If you are thinking of doing a trust, then you may want to check him out for yourself. PROS: Did a good job.
