We bought our dream lounge from Smithmade. The pieces they offered were unique and have added a touch of personality to our space. Working with the design team to select the perfect fabric for our sofa was an enjoyable process. The attention to detail and level of care that went into ensuring the sofa suited our space was spot on. It's clear that the team is passionate about providing quality products and great customer care. We’ll be back.
I ordered 2 cushions from Smith Made. The site listed that items were often coming from overseas & a wait of 14 weeks etc could be possible. Having ordered in November & now January I had not heard anything. I emailed with my order number chasing up the order & never received a response. I followed up on my email & again received no response.
