Had a poor experience on closing a home purchase with Smith Law. Although there were over 60 days between purchase and closing, Smith Law did not obtain necessary HOA information needed to close as originally scheduled. So closing was delayed. This is one good young man. He's a new and iup coming Rising Star that we need too let hem know that he is . I would love for him to see all that he has to be. I know for a fact that he will go up and above his obligations. God has blessed this young man and I want for us to help him reach his full potential.
