Had a poor experience on closing a home purchase with Smith Law. Although there were over 60 days between purchase and closing, Smith Law did not obtain necessary HOA information needed to close as originally scheduled. So closing was delayed. Smith Law never bothered to keep me informed of any potential problem. When we did talk it was always someone else's fault. I made an overpayment of closing costs. This is one good young man. He's a new and iup coming Rising Star that we need too let hem know that he is . I would love for him to see all that he has to be. I know for a fact that he will go up and above his obligations. God has blessed this young man and I want for us to help him reach his full potential. We used Smith Law, LLC for the purchase of our home in Sun City. Even though we had to do the closing remotely from Ohio, Smith Law was able to get everything sorted out. The closing went without a hitch. We were very pleased with their work.
