This neighborhood seems nice but looks can be deceiving. If you have absolutely any issue you have to jump through hoops , leaving messages for the said "property manager " who is absolutely the most unprofessional person . She is rude and disrespectful ; she lacks all care for the people who reside here. The new builds are full of issues and needs for immediate repair they let residents go without basic essentials due to sheer laziness. Unacceptable.
Really great country atmosphere.
