Fantastic staff, very friendly and in my experience thus far theyre quick to tend to patients but willing to take time with you. In an increasingly automated world, this goes a long way for me.

I woke up with a nasty sinus infection. I walked right in the early afternoon. I was in and out within an hour or so. The staff are really nice and the Nurse Practitioner was very attentive. She really listened and got me what I needed. It's hard to find a GOOD Urgent Care with a pleasant staff and good physicians. I will be going back. Good Operations hours as well.
This facility offers excellent service, with a friendly and efficient staff in a great location. The quick service and high-quality patient care make it an ideal choice for acute health or primary care needs. I highly recommend this place.
We have a house on the lake in Arley and my daughter had an accident on our dock this past weekend. We went to Smith Lake Family Care on Saturday around 5 PM and were so impressed. It was clean, the staff was super friendly, and they have x-ray on premises so we were able to get an answer right away. I was very impressed!
