Disappointed when my father returns home saying the doctor said he was dehydrated and states he was not offered a bag of saline. I called immediately and let them know my full disappointment. The receptionist that answered said it depended on the insurance and if it’s covered… That was the wrong answer, it was never offered in the first place…Side note: our insurance does in fact pay for it.
Today was my first time going to this urgent care. I signed in and saw the NP and was headed home in an hour or less. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful!! The nurse practitioner was super sweet and listened to my concerns. I will definitely go back and highly recommend

Fantastic staff, very friendly and in my experience thus far theyre quick to tend to patients but willing to take time with you. In an increasingly automated world, this goes a long way for me.
