We see Mrs. Kolb and absolutely love her! Our first appointment to establish care she did a very thorough physical. She listened to all of my concerns about my children and myself. I did not feel rushed by the front staff nor back staff. It is also nice to be able to take your kids in if they’re sick, instead of waiting at an urgent care.
Front desk staff is great, however it's the nurses that own the practice. Everytime I would show up I got the nurse that I didn't start off seeing and never understood why. The last time I was there I went in for testing just to make sure I'm clear of anything serious. She (Kolb) didn't want to swab me and left me in the room to swab myself which is unprofessional since she's the nurse. Haven't heard back from them about my results and I bet the sample got lost or didn't send it in. I called them and still no results. Plus, ... read more
Dr. Kolb Is amazing. She listened and really made me feel like she cared. Didn’t brush off any concerns that I had or how I was feeling. And the front desk staff is very kind and helpful.
Excellent care providers who really listen and care about you.
