DO NOT use this lawyer. He will take your money and do noting for you. My daughter got royally screwed by using this so called lawyer. It was a simple case - get child support and establish custody , and it cost over 6 grand and never saw a court room. Pathetic. He did absolutely nothing for her. Weak and pathetic - go elsewhere for your child custody and support needs.
If you are an LDS man, hire Smith Knowles (SK) as you will get to do whatever you want without consequence: lie, cheat, steal, abuse...you're all good as long as you can show a temple recommend. Involving SK in our case has destroyed our family. Despite the secretary's assurances that Kenyon Dove wouldn't be biased toward LDS members, he most certainly was. We had an absolutely horrible experience with this company and the Attorney. They were assigned to perform an evaluation for a civil court case involving custody. Supposedly a "Special Master" looking out for the kids rights. Far from any level of competence was exhibited. The report was delayed and extended and in the end did absolutely nothing other than add time and extensive costs all around.
