Dr. Smith got me in last minute at her Carmichael office for an emergency with my green cheek conure, who consumed something while out playing that made her ill and very lethargic. I was extremely worried and anxious and Dr. Smith and the clinic's receptionists handled everything really well, with so much kindness and patience.
