Called 2 weeks in advance to have service done. Was informed they only schedule 1 week in advance. Called a week later and scheduled an appointment. Dropped off for my Monday morning appointment, and was told it will take 2 days due to technician availability. We called Tuesday afternoon and they said it was not going in until Thursday. Called Thursday morning to make sure it was going into the bay and they said "we are moving things around to make room". Was informed that they had several other trucks ahead of mine.
