We ordered some carpet from them but they never came to install it. We booked two appointments but both times no one showed up and no one called to let us know they weren't coming. This was especially hard because we have two babies and we had to rearrange the house for the install. When I called to find out where they were I was given multiple excuses related to how busy they were with their commercial customers. I canceled our job with them and I do not recommend this company to anyone.
The best floor covering shop in Snohomish County and they also do beautiful custom tile showers and kitchens. We will only go there for any tile install and all floor coverings!!
