I am extremely disappointed with the service from Smith Insurance Group in Sarasota, FL. I emailed Cathy Smith five days ago and followed up with four phone calls, yet I have received no response regarding a claim on my condo. I also spoke with a staff member who promised to call me back by the end of the day, but two days have passed, and I still have not heard anything. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
