Dr. Richstone performed robotic surgery on a family friend with prostate cancer. After seeing how well he recovered, I knew where to go when I was diagnosed myself several years later. This doctor recommended an MRI of my prostate. He was told I have an artificial hip before hand. After the results came back he said they were unreadable because of my artificial hip. It has come to my understanding through consulting other doctors that this a widely known fact that MRI"S cannot be used for this reason. This doctor has many years of experience and he was aware of this......very disappointed in this man.

I have been seeing Dr Richstone for about 1.5 years, Most recently (June 2015) he performed outpatient bladder surgery. I had consulted my previous urologist on this same problem and he stated" this condition was very rare and there is a very high risk I would be left incontinent with surgery". After prescribing all the necessary tests, Dr. Richstone knew what to expect, thoroughly explained all circumstances and associated risk, then successfully performed outpatient surgery to remedy the problem.
