Sadly we used Smith Howell for a few real estate transactions and the sheer amount of mistakes they made almost cost us over $150,000. We are still working to replace a large handful of titles that they lost also. Some of their associates, I fear, may be too inexperienced to handle these types of transaction and they definitely did cost us extra time which means they cost us extra money also, with no good ‘reason’ as to why they held things up unnecessarily. We could never recommend them and would never use them again.
