Enjoyed breakfast on the patio. Yummy omelette (hash browns very boring). Our server, Sean, was attentive to the right amount. Interesting part of Marco Island.
I don’t say this lightly - the best poached eggs I’ve ever had, two mornings in a row. Perfectly cooked (they even asked soft, medium, or hard and got the medium perfect) and served with delicious homemade corned beef hash, hash browns, and homemade toast. The perfect size breakfast too - large enough to be filling but not so large as to feel too stuffed. Everything else looked great on the menu too. Friendly and just-attentive-enough wait staff. Casual, clean, and cute restaurant. I’d eat here every day without question.
Good food. Good service. Quaint little place. Highly recommended.
I visited specifically for the shrimp and grits after finding it online, and unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. The grits were extremely bland with an odd aftertaste and lacked even basic seasoning. I ended up sending the dish back, and while the server was polite, I was surprised when I was told that grits are supposed to taste that way.
