Progressive hired Smith Bigman Brock to handle a lawsuit stemming from an accident. Elizabeth Myers was the attorney assigned to our case and from the initial phone call with her we felt we were in capable hands. Over the course of the case she kept us informed, and frankly, at ease with the process. Horrible. The day of our pre- hearing meeting nothing happened as I was told would happen . My attorney came in like a scared little girl and acted as if I had done something wrong when I told her everything! She ran back and forth to my ex and his attorney making agreements. She then removed the corporation as my attorney! I knew she was no longer wanting to represent me unless I paid more. But removed the entire corporation .
