Robert Smith is rude to the point of being abusive. I'm sorry I ever met or decided to give this job to Robert. Small, simple kitchen cabinet install. I've been a real estate investor for 23 years and have yet to encounter a personality type this unstable. Robert came out to measure more than once, I got a quote and paid for the cabinets.
